Paradigm Capital Advisors is a real estate investment management firm specializing in the acquisition, development, financing, renovation, repositioning, asset management, and disposition of institutional grade commercial properties in select markets with strong long-term fundamentals. We serve the needs of private and institutional investors through commingled fund and separate account programs.

Paradigm’s investment history extends back to 1997 when the company was first formed as a private commercial real estate investor and operator working with select outside investors.  Headed by a team of principals who had operated in a fiduciary capacity for some of the largest institutional investors in the country, the company rapidly grew into a full-service real estate management firm and expanded its investment profile to include commercial real estate fund and separate account programs for private and institutional investors.

Today, Paradigm Capital Advisors offers its investors the experience and disciplined practices of an institutional fiduciary, including an Accounting and Investor Relations departments that service over 150 investors.  We are value investors, who, in advising our clients, draw upon institutional equity investment, asset management, and hands-on operational experience that spans more than twenty-five years of market fluctuations.

As real estate owner/operators with in-house property management, leasing, and development capabilities, we bring knowledge, strategy, and resources to the investment sourcing, underwriting, and asset management processes that many traditional real estate investment managers don’t.  Constantly in search of intrinsic value, we follow a value-enhancing approach to real estate investing that not only exploits idiosyncratic opportunities, but pro-actively links day-to-day property-level asset management practices with investment strategy.  We know our risk profile and prudently adhere to it.  And we do it all while tenaciously focused on our foundational goal of meeting and exceeding client expectations.
