Elyse Hanson is a Senior Investment Analyst for Paradigm Capital Advisors with responsibility for analyzing and valuing all potential acquisitions in the company’s target markets. In addition, she completes quarterly valuations, at both the building and portfolio levels, for the firm’s portfolio of commercial office, industrial, and flex properties.

Prior to joining Paradigm, Ms. Hanson served on the investment board of the Harvard Chapter of Smart Women Securities. She also interned at the Boston Redevelopment Authority and at Knudson & Associates.

Ms. Hanson is a member of NAIOP. She graduated from Harvard University with a B.A. in Government and a minor in Economics.
