Jon Shepherd is Senior Vice President for both Paradigm Properties and Paradigm Capital Advisors.  Mr. Shepherd oversees the accounting, finance, information technology, and human resources functions of both companies.  He is also responsible for the accounting and financial reporting activities of Paradigm Capital Advisors’ investment funds.

Mr. Shepherd has 17 years of real estate accounting and finance experience with extensive involvement in residential, retail, commercial, industrial, investment and development projects. 

Prior to joining the Paradigm companies, Mr. Shepherd spent over seven years with National Development as a controller managing accounting functions for a wide range of real estate entities, both for company-owned entities as well as for outside clients.  Mr. Shepherd has also worked at Grubb and Ellis and Spaulding and Slye in numerous accounting related positions.

Mr. Shepherd is on the Board of Directors of the Friends of Lowell High School and serves as Treasurer. He is also on the National Bone Marrow Donation Registry.

He received a B.S. from Northeastern University with concentrations in finance and accounting.
