Lois Mazzola is an Asset Manager for Paradigm Capital Advisors with responsibility for managing the performance of over 1.3 million square feet of commercial property, ranging in type from industrial, to medical office, to multi-tenanted office properties.
Ms. Mazzola has over 15 years of direct real estate experience, primarily in asset management. During that time, her responsibilities have included property and leasing agent oversight, financing, due diligence, repositioning, development, restructuring, and valuation modeling.
Prior to joining Paradigm Capital Advisors, Ms. Mazzola was a Vice-President of Asset Management for AEW Capital Management, an institutional investment advisory firm. During her tenure at AEW, Ms. Mazzola managed over 5 million square feet of real estate product with an asset value of $600 million. She was responsible for developing asset strategies consistent with client objectives, as well as selecting, directing, and motivating third-party vendors to not only preserve asset value but to create value and return as well. Ms. Mazzola was also a financial analyst for Winn Development Company, a Boston-based real estate developer and property management firm, where she coordinated the cash management, reporting, and property budgeting processes.
Ms. Mazzola is a graduate of Suffolk University with a B.S.B.A. in Finance. She has also completed studies at Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) Center for Real-Estate Studies and Boston University Real Estate Studies Program.
