Thomas Woods is the Vice President of Acquisitions for Paradigm Capital Advisors where he plays a key role in the underwriting, due diligence, and closing of acquisitions in the company’s target markets.  In addition, he helps determine equity and debt capitalization strategies and assists in the disposition of assets.

Prior to joining Paradigm Properties, Mr. Woods worked at Heritage Property Investment Trust, a self-managed real estate investment trust, as a Financial Analyst and at Cambridge Associates as an Investment Performance Analyst.

Mr. Woods is a member of the National Association of Industrial & Office Properties.

He holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Babson College and an M.B.A. from Boston University.
