Kevin McCall is President and CEO of both Paradigm Properties and Paradigm Capital Advisors.  Mr. McCall provides leadership and oversees the managerial activities of both companies with particular emphasis on strategy, client relations, new investments, and raising capital.

Mr. McCall has over 25 years of direct real estate experience on both the street and capital sides of the industry with specific expertise in real estate operations and development, as well as structured and direct investing.

Prior to forming Paradigm Properties, Mr. McCall held positions as a Director of Aldrich, Eastman & Waltch, L.P. (now AEW Capital Management, L.P.), an institutional investment management firm where he managed all equity investment and asset management activity for over $5 billion in client portfolios, and as a Partner and Senior Vice President of Spaulding and Slye Company, a regional development and real estate services firm.

Mr. McCall is deeply committed to issues of civic engagement, youth leadership, and social justice in our urban communities.  He serves as a board member of the Boston Center for Community & Justice, the Boston Museum Project, MetroLacrosse, and Hearth, Inc. as well as several other advisory boards.  In addition, he is the founder and Board Chair of Building Impact, a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization that provides an innovative model for community involvement to individuals and companies in over 30 Boston-area office buildings.

Professionally, he is a board member of the National Association of Industrial & Office Properties – NE Region and is a full member of the Urban Land Institute.

Mr. McCall holds a B.A. from Harvard University and an M.B.A. from Harvard University School of Business Administration.  He served as a LeadBoston Fellow in 1993-94.
