As a real estate owner/operator with in-house property management, leasing, and development capabilities, we bring knowledge, strategy, and resources to the investment sourcing, underwriting, and asset management processes that many traditional real estate investment managers don’t.

The Investing Methodology we employ at Paradigm Capital Advisors is a fusion of our expertise and our Investing Style.  All aspects of our methodology can be linked back to our style and have been designed with the execution of our strategic objectives in mind.  Consequently, our methodology not only capitalizes upon our expertise, it acts as the daily discipline that drives us toward our stated objectives.
