Our Approach to Asset Management

Some real estate organizations have a tendency to use the terms asset management and property management synonymously. That is not the case at Paradigm.

At Paradigm Properties, asset management refers to an umbrella of investment management responsibilities focused on executing, and/or developing and executing, the investment strategy associated with the physical asset.

To that end, asset management at Paradigm focuses on five areas of investment management that include property management as a subset of the umbrella responsibilities. The chart below defines those areas of responsibility while demonstrating the role the Paradigm Asset Manager can play in acting as a representative to the asset owner(s).
