As a Project Manager with Building Technology Engineers, Joseph Couture is dedicated full-time to Paradigm Properties and serves as its Manager of Engineering. In this capacity, he is responsible for the oversight and management of the company’s engineering department as well as supervision of operations for all the properties within the company’s portfolio. He is also highly involved in the due diligence process, performing assessments and producing property condition reports relating to the staffing, operational, and physical aspects of potential new acquisitions.

Working with property management and engineering team members, Mr. Couture oversees the implementation of project management and maintenance programs at Paradigm’s various facilities. He is also responsible for tenant-related construction projects and major capital improvement projects.
