As a Project Manager with Building Technology Engineers, Craig Lemerise is dedicated full-time to Paradigm Properties and serves as its Director of Engineering. In this capacity, he is responsible for the oversight and management of the company’s engineering department as well as supervision of operations for all the properties within the company’s portfolio. He is also highly involved in the due diligence process, performing assessments and producing property condition reports relating to the staffing, operational, and physical aspects of potential new acquisitions.

Working with property management and engineering team members, Mr. Lemerise oversees the implementation of project management and maintenance programs at Paradigm’s various facilities. He is also responsible for tenant-related construction projects and major capital improvement projects. With an extensive background in the HVAC and facilities management field, Craig has overseen systems and personnel for large and complex facilities, including the Government Center Complex for the State of Massachusetts. He is also known by many of Paradigm’s building clients and third party owners as extremely responsive and a tireless and creative problem solver.
