Lynda Gildea is the Vice President, Regional Manager for Paradigm Properties’ Ohio Region. Ms. Gildea is responsible for direction and oversight of daily operations at the company’s regional office, which manages over 2 million square feet of property within the portfolio in Ohio and Michigan.
Prior to joining Paradigm Properties, Ms. Gildea was employed by The Galbreath Company in Property Management where she served as a Senior Property Manager overseeing one million square feet of Class A property in the central business district of Columbus, Ohio. In this capacity, she was also responsible for oversight of the Property Managers for the Galbreath investment portfolio in the Columbus market. Ms. Gildea also worked for McDonald's Corporation over a ten-year period where she held several positions within the organization, including International Training Manager and Regional Operations Manager. Ms. Gildea has also worked with Designplan, an Architectural Interior Design Company in Indianapolis, IN, as Managing Partner, and with the State of Indiana, Department of Public Instruction, as Assistant Director of Educational Information and Research.
Ms. Gildea is a licensed real estate agent and holds the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) RPA designation. She is active in the BOMA Columbus Chapter, serves as Vice President of BOMA Ohio, and is President Elect of the BOMA North Central Region, where she also serves on the Education Committee. Ms. Gildea is active in the Simon Kenton Council, Boy Scouts of America, and serves on the Board of Directors for the Santa Maria, Inc. While in the field of education, Lynda served on several subcommittees for the Department of Health, Education, and Welfare.
She holds a B.A. from Indiana University.
