Marcella Barrière is a Senior Property Manager for Paradigm Properties with financial and operational responsibility for multiple fund and third party assets for the firm. In this capacity, Ms. Barrière implements client service and maintenance programs, supervises management, engineering and technical staff, negotiates vendor contracts and ensures contract compliance, and manages tenant-related construction projects and property renovations. In addition, Ms Barrière has portfolio-wide operational and project management responsibilities.

Ms. Barrière has a broad background in property and project management with diverse experience spanning several disciplines, including finance, construction, development, design, and sustainability initiatives. Before joining Paradigm in early 2009, Ms. Barrière served as an Eco-Consultant for FenixRizing, LLC, which provides eco-solutions to small businesses. Prior to that, Ms. Barrière was a Project Manager for real estate developer Northland Investment Corporation where she oversaw residential as well as large-scale mixed use projects totaling more than $220M and one million square feet.

Ms. Barrière holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. She is a LEED AP (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Accredited Professional) and anticipates completing her Master's Certificate in Sustainable Design at Boston Architectural College in 2011.
