As Assistant Controller for Paradigm Properties, Marianella Grieco is directly responsible for all property accounting and reporting functions.

Ms. Grieco manages the accounting team, overseeing all billing, cash management, and invoicing activities, and works closely with the Property Management team, overseeing budget and forecasting processes. In addition, she is responsible for all financial reporting functions, including preparation and oversight of monthly reporting packages, cash flow and operating expense analyses, and investor reporting.

Ms. Grieco has been with the company for eight years. Before joining Paradigm, she worked at GFI Partners for two years as a Property Accountant.

She holds a B.S. in Finance from Bentley College.
