Thomas Woods is Vice President of Asset Management for Paradigm where he plays a key role in overseeing many of the company’s investment properties. He has direct responsibility for a portfolio of investments and guides the annual business planning, operations, marketing and leasing, and capitalization activities. Also involved in the new investment process, Mr. Woods assists in the underwriting, due diligence, and closing of acquisitions in the company’s target markets. He plays an important role in debt capitalization strategies and execution as well as disposition of assets.

Prior to joining Paradigm Properties, Mr. Woods worked at Heritage Property Investment Trust, a self-managed real estate investment trust, as a Financial Analyst and at Cambridge Associates as an Investment Performance Analyst.

Mr. Woods is a member of NAIOP.

He holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Babson College and an M.B.A. from Boston University.
