As Senior Property Manager for Paradigm Properties, Virginia Rey oversees daily operations and management for numerous properties within the company’s portfolio.

Managing over 800,000 square feet in Greater Boston and New Jersey, Ms. Rey is responsible for implementing client service and maintenance programs, supervising engineering and technical staff and assistant property management, coordinating vendor services, and overseeing tenant-related construction projects and property renovations.

Before joining Paradigm Properties in early 2000, Ms. Rey was the Office Manager for Alonso Construction where she was responsible for daily vendor interactions, payroll certification, and invoice processing, among numerous other operational projects.

Ms. Rey holds a B.A. in Business Administration from Worcester State College with a concentration in International Business and Management.  She is fluent in both English and Spanish.
