Company History

Paradigm Properties’ history extends back to 1997 when the company was first formed as a private commercial real estate investor and operator to acquire, develop, and manage heavily multi-tenanted, B and C class office buildings. 

Headed by a team of principals who had operated in a fiduciary capacity for some of the largest institutional real estate investors and brokerage firms in the country, the company rapidly acquired a building portfolio of over 1.5 million square feet of commercial property. Through managing, renovating, and maintaining its own portfolio of buildings, Paradigm built and cultivated a management team with the experience and know-how to enable the company to grow into a full-service real estate management firm.  

A decade later, Paradigm Properties is a distinguished property manager and a leading development manager and consultant to small to medium sized businesses and organizations in the nonprofit, institutional, and industrial sectors in Boston, MA and Columbus, OH.
