Paradigm Employee Civic Involvement

At Paradigm Properties, we not only encourage our employees to volunteer their time to civic activities, we compensate them for their efforts up to three days of volunteering per employee. Every year, all of our employees are allocated three additional days of potential vacation that can be put toward volunteering for nonprofit organizations.  Employees who use all three days, are recognized for their volunteering efforts as members of the 24-Hour Club at an annual companywide event.   Collectively, the impact of Paradigm’s contribution translates to hundreds of hours of volunteer time for community-based nonprofit organizations.

Our employees also volunteer their time by serving on many nonprofit boards.  The boards Paradigm team members serve on include:

  • Boston Center for Community & Justice
  • Boston Museum Project
  • Brighton Allston Heritage Museum
  • Brighton Allston Historic Association
  • Brighton Main Streets
  • Building Impact
  • Building Owners and Managers Association
  • Citizen Schools Boston
  • Harvard Club of Boston
  • Hearth, Inc.
