Tenant Service Liaison

As part of our innovative approach to reinventing the landlord-tenant relationship, we have created a culture at Paradigm that values our building tenants as clients.  Therefore, many of our in-house titles refer to our building tenants as clients.  Our Client Service Liaison, as we call it, (CSL) is one such example.  Based on-site in the lobby (not tucked away in an office) of many Paradigm managed buildings, the CSL serves as a point person to address tenant and facility issues and is one of the strategic reasons Paradigm buildings are considered some of the friendliest places to work in our key markets.

Leasing, Brokerage, and Marketing Management

At Paradigm, we make it our job to understand the operational level components that affect asset performance and manage those components in a manner that drives performance. To that end, we handle many tasks ourselves that others outsource, like the leasing, brokerage, and marketing management of the properties in our portfolio.

We also offer these services to third-party owners and asset managers to help them maximize asset performance, while minimizing the time required to manage that asset.  

As a natural extension of our deep experience in and strategic approach to brokerage management, our enhanced tenant relationships, and our innovative approach to building positioning, Paradigm’s leasing department has a proven record of outperforming the competition in up and down markets.
